Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

🔎 Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Tracking information may take a few days to become active after your order has been shipped.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct when placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household, neighbours, and local delivery carrier.
